It’s fun to dress up our little fashionistas!
Admit it, mommies and daddies, we all wanted our little cute babies or kids to look more adorable. But please, don’t let your son or daughter look so odd wearing mature clothes. Remember, it’s more pleasant to see babies or kids dress appropriately for their age.
Aside from being fashion wise, parents should also consider if the clothes is comfortable to wear. And yes, let us be aware on how the clothes are manufactured or what materials are used. Why? Because some babies and kids have sensitive skin. It’s very important to protect their skin at a very young age.
This issues were discussed last Friday at SM Aura, as the international clothing brand, UNIQLO introduced to parents their Baby Wear Collection.
Renowned DJ and now a Mommy, Dela Mar Arias and Mommy Nikka Martinez Garcia (Patrick Garcia’s wife) talked about safe fashion choices for babies. Dela Mar also stressed out that UNIQLO is proven safe because it followed the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
UNIQLO’s Baby Wear are categorized as Class 1— the safest classification under the Oeko-Tex Standard. From the raw material used to the finished product, all clothes are made sure to be formalin-free to ensure the health and safety of babies.

Look at the picture above, noticed the button on the right bottom of my nephews clothes. It was designed that way so that the shirt will stay still and will not loose out. I have no worries because UNIQLO uses a special sewing technique to remove any unevenness on the cloth or threads to keep the skin of babies safe.
Perfect for the rainy weather, our baby Rylan is wearing a Uniqlo’s Shaun the Sheep Baby (Toddler) Dry Pajamas in short sleeves. This pair costs P590.00 only.UNIQLO also have Thomas and Friends’ designed clothes for babies.
