I was one of the many who waited for the opening of Daiso Japan’s 60th branch at the 2nd level of U.P. Town Center in Quezon City, last March 31.
They come up with a flash sale where you can buy items for as low as P60! I mean you will pay P60 for products priced at P88, it will be P160 for products worth P188 and P260 for items worth P288.
Reasons why I am fond of shopping at Daiso – they have lots of cute and unique Japanese items for home, office and personal use. Plus, the price is very economical.
According to Ms. Katherine Yu, Daiso Japan’s general manager, they have 10,00o items to offer to their customers.
Even students shop at Daiso. Aside from school supplies, you can find artsy craft here.
Some of the items I bought at Daiso, were bag organizers for me and hubby, door mats for the home, arms and leg trimmer for my son and plastic ice candy bar maker for my daughter.
And I got to enjoy a free matcha ice cream too.
Although there were many customers in the store, I noticed the new interior design of Daiso shop. It was brighter and airy. They said it’s reminiscent of the shop from Japan.
After shopping, we enjoyed journaling activity where we reveal the artists in us through water colors.
Here’s Ms. Katherine Yu, telling more about Daiso Japan.
Don’t forget to drop by at Daiso U.P. Town Center.
