Effective today, non-branded liquefied petroleum gas or LPG will reduce its price by 50 centavos per kilo or P5.50 per 11-kilogram tank.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketers Association (LPGMA) Representative Arnel Ty confirmed the price rollback.
He said, LPG contract price in the world market falls down after the crackdown of Al-Qaida terrorist group leader Osama Bin Laden.
However, the price of Shellane increased by P1 per kilogram or 11 pesos per regular tank yesterday.
Pilipinas Shell explained it was due to the rising cost of LPG in the world market.
I just wonder where these companies based their pricing, when there is only ONE WORLD MARKET. Just asking.
