Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a healthy and nutritious breakfast is a must. For career mothers who managed the kitchen everyday before going to work, preparing breakfast is a challenging task. Another challenge for moms-on-the-go – picky eater child, like my Kiat-Kiat. She just stop drinking milk, so I have to find an alternative since she’s not the type who eats whatever food is on the table.
I find ENERGEN a good alternative. Why? Because ENERGEN already contains milk, eggs and cereal. It also have essential vitamins and minerals such as folic acid, calsium, Vitamin A, E, B1, B6 and B12. Energen comes in chocolate, vanilla and ginger flavor. Aside from these, Energen is easy-to-prepare! Kiat can make her own cup of Energen whenever she wants. Her favorite is the chocolate flavor.
But Kiat loves sharing Energen with her friend who chooses to drink vanilla flavor.
Honestly, I also bring a pack or two of ENERGEN in the office. Instead of taking coffee, I drink Energen.
Energen costs P6.00 per pack, just like the price of a sachet of coffee, but Energen is more nutritious and keeps me energize the whole day.
