Maintaining a fit and healthy body is important, especially for career-oriented, young professionals who are quickly going up the corporate ladder. Yet onerous work demands, never-ending deadlines, and the hassles of the daily grind can make you easily forget your promise to stay healthy and fit.
Five determined corporate warriors showed that it is possible to stay on the road to health and fitness without having to miss a beat at work. Angeline Cuabo, Arsena Suco-Hussin, Rodrigo Pablo Vivo, Mark Gil Magday and RennieDykam Jr. bested hundreds of employees during the NESTLÉ FITNESSE 14-Day Summer Challenge, held in 10 offices from February to April, by learning to manage their weight and achieve a healthy lifestyle with the NESTLÉ FITNESSE 14-Day Program.
Angeline Cuabo, a 26-year old call center agent, shares that having a worthwhile goal creates commitment. “I have tried a lot of weight management regimens in the past but ended up just over spending without any result. After trying the NESTLÉ FITNESSE 14-Day Program, I can say that I finally found my partner in achieving my goal to have a healthy body.”
Mark Gil Magday, 25-year old insurance specialist, says that seeing immediate progress in just two weeks motivated him to complete the program. “The highlight of the challenge was when I started to lose weight progressively. The obvious changes in my body motivated me to continue on until the 14th day. I was very glad that I achieved my goal to lose 11 pounds.”
Arsena Suco-Hussin, a call center agent with two kids, lost 6.6 pounds with the Summer Challenge. For all the winners, discipline was key. Rodrigo Pablo Vivo, a 47-year old BPO employee who lost 10 pounds, shares that he tried hard to stick to the program and watched what he ate. “When I joined the NESTLÉ FITNESSE Summer Challenge, I told myself that everything is all in the mind. Rennie Dycam Jr., a 28-year old senior consultant, saw the challenge as an opportunity to return to his healthy and active lifestyle. Rennie shares that back in college, he was a dedicated gym-goer and a healthy eater. However, he stopped due to the demands of professional life. His dedication and commitment during the NESTLÉ FITNESSE 14-Day Summer Challenge resulted in a 6-pound weight loss. “NESTLÉ FITNESSE 14-Day Program is pretty simple.
