The Philippine Azkals started making noise this year. The team victoriously won the crowd’s attention thus making football in the country a hot topic in sports, aside from boxing, basketball and billiards.
Tickets of Azkals series of fights were all sold out – like hot cakes. And the followers they made was really noticeable. Thus giving football space and time for Filipino sports lovers.
My son loves Azkals too but before that, he and his dad used to bond watching FIFA World Cup in the comfort of our home. They’d both cheer for their favorite pro-football team.
I’m glad they also love our very own Philippine Football Team.
