I just had my annual physical exam. I was confident that my weight and my body mass index was just right, but then I was wrong. The doctor said that I was overweight and I need to reduce weight, at least 5 kilos to be exact. Oh well, because I believe whatever my doctor said, I am giving in to dieting again.
Just in time for my quest to lose weight, Robinsons Supermarket launched the Wellness Festival at Robinsons Magnolia last Friday. It’s a part of the year-long “Route to Wellness” journey.
With the Route to Wellness, I can have easy access to healthier food options and alternatives, thus making my weight lost challenge trouble-free.
Kuya Toni Pet of GMA-7 hosted the event. There were engaging booths for fun and wellness, plus the Fitness glow party by Coaches Jim and Toni Saret.
Families enjoyed some healthy food and drinks like Nestle Milo, Nesfruta Guyabano Juice, Del Monte Tipco Juice, Lactel Dessert. Halal products from Monterey and Magnolia Chicken.

Mommies and other participants were pampered with a foot spa too from Ariel. Facial wash from Nivea and Myra, healthy skin check from Johnson and Johnson’s and many more.
The bicycle game was so inviting. Daddy Alvin Adarne and daughter Ykai enjoyed it so much while Mommy Peachy was observing how fast they beat the finish line.
The event also highlights the annual FRESHtival, that focuses on fresh items for consumers who’s very much into healthier lifestyle.
Aside from the fun booths , we were greeted with a larger than life FRESH salad bowl – perfect for my dieting needs.
In line with the Route to Wellness campaign this whole month of July, loyal customers will get an additional 15 Robinsons Rewards Card points for every P500.00 worth of purchase of “HEALTHY YOU” brand, the exclusive healthy brand of Robinsons Supermarket. Products like nuts, juices, oats, brown rice, coffee and many more were evaluated healthy by DOST-Food Nutrition and Research Institute.
What a great way to shop, get healthy and be rewarded!
Robinsons Supermarket General Manager Jody Gadia said, “A truly healthy and fulfilling lifestyle takes genuine commitment and follows a process that requires the will to say ‘yes’ to what it takes to achieve it. And Robinsons Supermarket’s role is to keep everyone on the right track by offering accessible and fun route to their desired lifestyle.”
Also present during the event were Ms. Lyn de Jesus, AVP Fresh Robinson’s Supermarket and Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation official. Please watch the video.
