Hundreds of bloggers trooped to SM Aura Convention Center last October 11 for the Blogapalooza 2014 – and I am one of the 700 who signed up and experienced an afternoon full of fun and surprises, meeting fellow bloggers and reaching out to different brand.
This was my first Blogapalooza and I thought I cannot make it because a fire broke out near our neighborhood in Quezon City, so the traffic was horrendous. But I patiently braved the long queue of private and public utility vehicles and was able to reach Bonifacio Global City, Taguig past 3:00 pm.
I’m somewhat late, so I did not waste time and went booth hopping at once while eating a free slice of Yellow Cab pizza, lolz.
More bloggers go gaga downloading Globe Apps to win instant prizes
Chooks-to-Go Kwelavan is another cool pakulo at the event. However, I’m a bit shy to try, eh.
I also checked the family oriented booths like Fukuda, Ace Water Spa/Ace Hotel, View Park Hotel, Dasoon and Brain Fit
Everywhere you roam inside there are fun, contest and surprises – even on stage!
Pinoy Henyo, anyone?
Free shades of your choice at Easy Taxi
I registered at Eat Out Manila and played dice games and guess what? I won a t-shirt!
Habitat for Humanity encouraged me to be an advocate and help build not only home but lives of our fellowmen in need.
There are beauty and wellness booths too like Flawless, Bioessence, Slenda, Natural Quality Corp, Dr Kong, Jergens, Caronia and others
I tried my luck shooting balls at My Shopping Box booth and I only have one successful point, not bad because they gave me an umbrella which later became useful because it was raining when I went home.
I also dropped by AMPR and Our Awesome Planet booths.
Too bad, Krispy Kreme was not serving donuts when I arrived but House of Lasagna gave free delicious lasagna and Chips Ahoy! offered free taste of their newest product flavor.
Aside from foods, bloggers also received freebies like ballpens, keychain, gift checks and major prizes for the luckiest attendees. In addition, we went home with lots of press kits to blog about.
It was a tiring yet exciting Blogapalooza experience. Next time, I will try to attend as early as possible. For now, I am looking forward to a fruitful partnerships with brands. Thank you, Blogapalooza 2014 organizers – Anton Diaz of Our Awesome Planet and Vince Golangco of When in Manila.
