More than a month had passed and we’re still under the enhanced community quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m getting used to the “new normal” though somehow challenging, it brought out my creativeness when it comes to food preparation.
Keeping your family occupied during this time was really hard, moreover when it comes to filling their stomach. Right? Plus the fact that it’s hard to find some ingredients today due to limited supplies.
So because I had a hard time looking for Graham crackers for my ref cake, I decided to use Fita Crackers instead. And the kids liked it.
Here are the ingredients for my Mango Fita Ref Cake
- Fita Crackers
- 2 Packs ofNestle Cream
- Alaska Condensada small can
- 3 large Mango
Procedure:
Cut the Mango into bits then set aside.
Mix one small can of Alaska Condensada and 2 packs of Nestle Cream.
Add the Mango bits and mix well.
Pour a little of the mixture in the container, then layer it with Fita Crackers. Then put the mixture on top again. Repeat layering of the crackers until you have used all the mixture.
Put the container in the refrigerator overnight.
Best serve when chilled.
