Break the Bad Habit of Skipping Breakfast, Sign Up for the 21 Mornings Program

We live in a busy and fast-paced life. Everybody is always on the go. Admit it, you are one of many who raced out the door to go to work or to school and probably because of traffic woes and busy work schedule, most of us forget to prioritize eating the most important meal of the day – BREAKFAST.

Breakfast is very crucial because we have rested for 8 to 12 hours during the night. The food we take for breakfast help provide nutrients that our body need to keep us energized throughout the day. It helps us to stay alert and manage our weight, so breakfast is really A MUST.

I learned more about the importance of breakfast when I attended Nestle’s Wellness Expo at the SM Megatrade Hall last Saturday, July 4.

Nestle never fails to entertain and educate its visitors about nutrition, health and wellness among Filipino families. A lot of people in group or as a family participated in the activities in each Nestle product booths. The visitors did not go home empty handed because they were given Nestle products for every activity they completed, plus the free food tasting of course. Reasons why every year, thousands flock the Nestle Wellness Expo.
