Slappy Cakes at SM Aura

Our visit at SM Aura in Bonifacio Global City were full of memories. It was our first time to roam around Aura coz it’s way too far from home.

We went there to celebrate Kiat’s post natal day. Since it was our first time, we visited the stores at every floor and even rest at the Sky Park.

Ponks even wanted to watch a movie but Kiat didn’t like it because she wanted to play. After giving in to the kid’s desires and feeling tired of walking and window shopping we decided to eat at Slappy Cakes.

The pancake making made Kiat BUSY as a BEE. She was excited cooking her own pancake using buttermilk.

At Slappy Cakes, you can personalized your own pancake. They offer variety of batter – buttermilk, whole grain, peanut butter, vegan and chocolate.

Other add-ons are fixins like chocolate chips, apples, mangoes, bananas, raisins, blueberries and coconut

The toppings can be anyone of these – honey, creamy peanut butter, lemon curd, apple sauce, chocolate sauce, spring onion creme fraiche, whipped cream and maple syrup.

Kiat is a picky eater, she just loved her pancake the ordinary way with lots of maple syrup.

It costs us P1,600 for the food inclusive of VAT. But all-in-all our tummies were happy and Kiat even asked us to take her again at Slappy Cakes and I said I’ll take her at  SM North Edsa The Block branch coz it’s near our home.
